For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, summer has finally arrived, and it’s not a moment too soon. This seasonal shift feels very much like a collective exhale after a grueling workout sesh. All of us need to get out and do something… but respect our need for chill, too. We need to ease back into whatever normal life is now with quite a lot of understanding, latitude, and grace. Also: people. Also: nature. Also: emotional support beverages.
