Terms of Use

We may make available on this site a space, dedicated to content including but not limited to text, photos, videos, etc. posted by you on social media (“User Content”). Where you have responded to our request to use such User Content with #yesgathre, you agree to the following:

You grant Gathre LC, the rightful trademark owner of brand a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use User Content in relation to which you have responded #yesgathre for marketing and/or advertising purposes worldwide, including but not limited to use on Gathre's official brand websites globally.

Brand may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, modify, alter and/or edit such User Content and/or any part(s) thereof in its sole discretion subject to the relevant laws and regulations.

You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights including intellectual property rights in and to your User Content, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your User Content to grant the rights herein, and (iii) Gathre’s use of your User Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law in any countries in the world. You hereby waive any and all moral rights in relation to your User Content. You hereby release and discharge Gathre and all related companies of Gathre LC, including branch companies, from all and any obligation to compensate you for any use of your User Content as described above and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein; and You hereby further release, discharge and agree to hold Gathre and any person acting on Gathre’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of your User Content as described above.
